Mindfulness for Worry

Are you prone to excessive worrying or overthinking? In this workshop we will use mindfulness practices to identify these worrying thoughts and to find ways to relate to them differently whilst being a little kinder to ourselves.
This will be a mixture of group work sessions, meditation practices and talks.
It is suitable for those with an established practice as well as those new to mindfulness and meditation.

Summer Stillness
Friday 20th June 2025
2pm to 3.30pm
£10 pp
To mark the end of the summer term this delightful afternoon event will involve a 45 minute gentle Yoga session. ( this can be done in a chair of required) followed by a guided Yoga Nidra (relaxation technique). Stay on afterwards for scones, tea and chat.
