Calming the Body

This is a four hour afternoon session which will explore how to calm the body using Yoga, mindful meditation, movement, and breath practices. A wonderfully relaxing afternoon.
Stretch and Restore workshop
Sunday 8th February 2026

In this two hour workshop we will explore the different ways to stretch the body. We will learn how to breathe into a stretch and relaxation techniques which make stretching easier. A super relaxing afternoon.
Intermediate Pilates Course
Starts Monday 23rd February 2026 and continues on the following dates - 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th March 2026
at 7.15pm to 8.15 pm
A 6 week course focusing on Pilates at intermediate level. With a maximum of 7 participants the small size of the group allows for more focused attention on each student.

A 90 minute session where we will explore yoga designed to open us up the the changing seasons. The 90 minutes provides more time for breath work and relaxation.
