Yoga Analysis

Sunday 7th September 2025

10 am to 2pm

A four hour workshop where participants will have the opportunity to work in a small group to explore and develop their practice.

We will unpack and look at ways to improve some of the commonly practised poses as well as investigating some of the more challenging poses with time to deconstruct the pose and practise it under our guidance. We will work with props and suggest adjustments and work up poses to make poses more accessible.

There is a limit of 8 spaces to allow us to work with participants more closely.
