Balance Workshop for Seniors

As we grow older we might find it a little more challenging to balance. Having good balance is an important part of keeping mobile and maintaining our independence.
In this workshop we will explore some simple exercises that you can do at home to try to help with balance skills.

Summer Reset

Before we head off for the summer season join us for a blend of varied and interesting activities to energise and harmonise body and mind.
The programme will include a fun 80s cardio fitness session, yoga, pranayama, Yoga nidra, relaxation and meditation and a pilates workshop. Something for everyone.

11.00 - 11.45 - Pilates workshop

12.00 - 1pm - Yoga with Pranayama and Relaxation
1pm to 1.30pm - Break
1.30pm - 2pm - Introduction to Meditation
2pm to 2.45 - Barre workshop
2.45pm to 3.30pm - Yin Yoga using bolsters
3.30pm - 4pm Yoga Nidra guided relaxation
